Salary: starting from £13.47 – £16.26 (Dependant on level of qualification)
An opportunity has arisen to appoint Swimming Instructors at our leisure centres.
The successful applicants will work as part of a team to deliver the structured content of the lessons in a fun and safe environment. They will be responsible for delivering a high-quality provision, ensuring a positive experience for both parent and child that meet the expectations and standards of the Company and its customers.
You need to…
- Be fanatical about exceeding customer expectations,
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Have perseverance, patience and enthusiasm
Must be STA Level 2 Certificate qualified, or SEQ Level 2 equivalent.
