Hours: 37 hours per week (split over both roles)

An opportunity has arisen to appoint a colleague to undertake a split contract at Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre of Swimming Teacher and Cleaner.
As a Swimming Teacher you need to…
- Be fanatical about exceeding customer expectations,
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold an ASA / STA Level 1 or 2 Teaching Aquatics Qualification or equivalent
- Have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Have perseverance, patience and enthusiasm
Will be required to teach in the water
As a Cleaner you will be need to:
- Be fanatical about exceeding customer expectations,
- Show commitment to developing our leisure facilities for the local communities.
- Be self motivated, enthusiastic and assist us to ensure a safe, efficient and enjoyable use of the facilities by its customers.
Previous experience would be preferrable, and an understanding of lone working practise is desirable.
Hours of Work:
School Holidays (37 hours total)
12 hours Swim Teacher
25 hours Cleaner
Term time (37 hours total)
22 hours Swim teacher
15 hours Cleaner
