Hours: 7.5 per week (possibility of Job Share)
Salary: Dependant on level of qualification (Level 1 £13.47 p/h Level 2 £16.26 p/h)

The Celtic Dolphins Swimming Club was created in May 2012 by the merging of two local swimming clubs, Llandarcy Amateur Swimming Club and Swansea Valley Swimming Club, with the support and assistance of Celtic Leisure. The aspiration of the Celtic Dolphins Swimming Club is to become a leading club which promotes the discipline of competitive swimming within the Neath Port Talbot County Borough with the aspiration of creating the swimming Olympians of tomorrow. Since the formation of the club we have seen considerable growth and are now looking to expand our delivery team to ensure we are able to support children to achieve their maximum aquatic potential and continue to strive towards our world class vision.
You need to…
- be fanatical about exceeding customer expectations,
- hold a Coaching Aquatics qualification
- have the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- have perseverance and patience
- have experience of working in a busy club environment
- have availability to attend morning club sessions
It is desirable…
- to possess a current First Aid Certificate
- Preferrable to hold a Level 2 qualification or working towards
