All new staff receive a generic and site-specific training and induction programme which is tailored according to the needs of the individual and the role. This will be conducted within the first four weeks of your appointment. Basic job training and familiarisation will also be planned for the first few weeks of employment and will form an essential part of the induction process.

Operational and Legal

We take our legal responsibilities very seriously and as such this training takes priority, e.g. first aid, manual handling.  All essential Health & Safety training for your role will be conducted within the first 6 months.

Staff also receive regular refresher training based on the requirements of their role.


We place great emphasis on in-house coaching, mentoring and training via team meetings, one-to-one meetings and job specific training.
