Salary: Circa £27,000

As Facility Manager (FM) you will be responsible for managing an effective, efficient, professional and proactive team within particular focus areas/facilities, working to meet the business objectives of CL to ensure long term financial sustainability.
We need a forward thinking and ambitious individual to share in the Company’s passion for excellence. This is a key role for the business and the successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Management Team, by assisting the Leisure Business Manager deliver the planned programme of aquatics, health & fitness and centre operation targets.
CL has safety procedures in place – but ultimately, you’re given the freedom, support and training to run the facilities as your own and drive innovation as you see fit. You will have the drive to manage your own time, all with the support of a wider centralised function including HR, Finance, Marketing and IT.
We expect that the successful candidate will have a strong track record of excellent customer service, he/ she will be a real people person with relevant management qualifications and a deep understanding of leisure centre operations. Other skills required for the role would be Pool Plant knowledge, FAAW qualifications as well as the ability to manage budgets.

Hours: Various contracts available between 2 – 10 Hours per week
Salary: Dependent on qualification

Celtic Leisure is a charitable organisation providing leisure and cultural activities for the people of Neath Port Talbot, with the aim of making people more active more often and broadening the cultural experiences of the community.
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an additional Trustee to help the organisation in providing strategic direction going forward.

We currently meet for board meetings of 2 hours, 5 times a year.
