Celtic Leisure (CL) is a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity, a Social Enterprise with a Board of 10 Trustees.

Board Membership consists of three categories of Members:

  • 2 Employee Representatives.
  • 8 Representatives from the ‘Wider Community’.

The day to day management of the Trust is delegated to CL’s Senior Management Team (SMT):

  • Paul Walker – Transition Executive Officer
  • MichelleJones – Leisure Business Manager
  • Paul Randall – Head of Finance and Resources
  • Sharon Rees – Head of Human Resources
  • Steve Jones – General Manager (Gwyn Hall)

SMT prepare reports which are presented to the Board.  Board decisions are implemented/cascaded within the organisation via SMT.
