We are looking to appoint casual Food and Beverage Assistants to work alongside our colleagues at The Gwyn Hall in Neath for our busy summer season.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will need to:

  • To carry out pre service duties such as preparing food items, confectionary, beverages, table set ups, and other duties.
  • To ensure that you follow the health and safety at work act, operate a hygienic practice and adhere to HACCP and monitor the systems and procedures.
  • To ensure that all customers are provided with an excellent attentive service that is adaptable to meet all requirements of the customer.
  • To ensure that the products on offer are well stocked and at the right quality and quantity and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout the service.

NVQ Level 2 food preparation, food and beverage service is a desirable qualification

Due to licensing laws applicants must be over the age of 18.

You must possess excellent customer care and communication skills.
